How Gabby Media uses information

Gabby Media is a personal integration operated by the owner of this domain for their own media storage and playback.

Information accessed

With the operator’s consent, the application accesses media files and related file names, folder information and metadata created through its Google Drive connection. Google supplies authorisation credentials so that the private installation can upload and read these files.

Purpose and storage

Information is used to organise uploaded media and enable playback through the operator’s Jellyfin server. Media is stored in the operator’s Google Drive account. Authorisation credentials, library information and a temporary playback cache are stored on the operator’s private server.

Sharing

The integration uses Google to provide account authorisation and Drive storage. Playback is available to users whom the operator permits to access the private media server. Application data is not sold or used for advertising. This public information website does not provide access to the media library or request Google account credentials.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded media remains in Google Drive until the operator deletes it. Temporary cache files are removed according to the private server’s cache settings. Local library information and authorisation credentials remain until the operator removes them. Revoking access does not itself delete files already stored in Drive.

Control and revocation

The operator can review or revoke Gabby Media’s access in Google Account connections. Access can also be stopped by disabling the private integration or deleting its stored credentials.

These pages contain no application analytics scripts, sign-in forms or media content. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information to deliver and secure the pages.
